September Strength #1 - Daily Workout 09.04.17

I've been spending most of tonight putting together a string of strength workouts for the month of September. There's a mix and match of body weight exercises and ones that require equipment. Here's day #1! Most of my athletes do strength work year round, so where these are exercises they might not have done in a few months, the movements and strength work is no stranger. Ease yourself into this if you don't have a few weeks/months of previous strength training behind you. 


#1: 3 rounds – circuit format

OH Squats x10 - use a PVC on this, mostly working on flexibility and form. 

TRX Pull Ups x8 (don't make it too hard to start)
Bridges x10 (hold at the top for a 2" count)
Yoga PU x5
Hollow Hold/Arch: 30" each

Bird Dog Elbow x5/side
Clam Shells: x10/side
