AIMP Swim workout circa 2011 - Daily Workout 09.25.17

Here's a go-to workout I have stashed away from AIMP Coaching when I did one of his Tuscon camps back in the day. I enjoyed the mix of things and especially the 400 pull segments... I love the pull buoy and paddles! 

 

Warm up
200 swim
6x150
- Odds: 50 kick, 50 pull, 50 swim
- Evens: 25 RA/25 LA, 50 catch-up, 50 swim

(1100 warm up) 


Main Set
4x100 as 25 push, 75 cruise w/10" rest
400 pull
4x100 as 75 push, 25 cruise w/30" rest
400 pull

(1600 main/2700 total) 


Warm down
100 kick w/board

- 2800 total workout
