Wolfe 5's guest set - Daily Workout 10.02.17

I got this swim set off Ryan Wolfe, I don't recall when or why, but I loved the set and used it often. I'm glad I stumbled back upon this workout so I could share it with y'all. Total is 2500 yards, but it went by pretty quick and I liked the mix up here. 

 

Warm up

300 swim

8x75 as 50 drill/25 swim

(pick 4 drills and do them 2x each)

(900 warm up) 

 

Main Set

10x50 w/10" rest.

- Desc 1-5, 6-10.

- 1' rest after #10

500 pull moderate effort

- 1' rest

5x100 w/10" rest.

- Desc 1-5

(1500 main/2400 total) 

 

Warm down

100 kick w/board

 

Total: 2500
