Daily Workout - 12.04.17: Monday Masters Swim

Bringing back the blog!! I'm coaching Masters tomorrow and here's the set I plan on utilizing and now y'all can get in on the fun! 

 

Warm up: 

10' solo or swimming till 5:15am then re-grouping

4x75 on 15" rest

- 50 drill/25 swim

4x75 on 15" rest

- 25 kick/50 build

(600+ warm up) 

 

Main Set x3-4 rounds: 

200 pull on 20" rest

150 build on 15" rest

100 Desc by round on 20" rest

2x50 Stroke or B5 on 20" rest between then 40" after each round

(550 per round/2200 main set/2800 total) 

 

Warm down: 

200 easy

- Total: 3000+
