Monday Masters swim: Daily Workout 12.11.17

Had a pretty solid set at Masters this morning, shout out to Tim! And now y'all get to enjoy it as well. 

 

Warm up: 

10' solo - do what you will 

 

Main Set: Basically did all of this on a 1:40 interval except the easy stuff. 
300 
2x150
3x100
6x50 all same pace
100 kick - take 20" rest

100 easy swim - regroup before starting next section
200 pull
2x100 pull
4x50 pull
100 kick - take 20" rest

100 easy swim - regroup before starting next section
4x100 pull
16x25 on 30" every 4th 25 sprint

(3000 main set) 

 

Warm down
200 easy! 

- Total 3700 or so
