Masters Swim: Daily Workout 12.15.17

Workout today is complement of John over at the Barracudas! I've modified some things because I can't remember what the whole set was and so I'm changing things that sound proper to me. 

 

Warm up: 

10' solo (500 or so) 

 

Kick Set w/fins: 3 rounds

25 kick w/board

50 kick on back (dolphin kick)

75 as 25 kick w/board and 50 swim

100 build

(750 set after 250 per round)

 

Drill set: 3 rounds

25 drill 

50 drill/swim x25. 

75 as breathing every 3rd stroke

100 swim w/buoy only

(750 set/2000 total) 

 

Pull Set: 

12x50 on 50" 

- #1: Breath every 3rd

- #2: B-5

- #3: B-7

- #4: Fast

(600 set/2600 total) 

 

Swim set: 

6x100 on 1:50

#1: Moderate

#2: Build

#3-5: Fast

#6: Easy

(600 set/3200 total) 

 

Warm down till your hearts content!
