Masters Swim: 03.05.18

I may be writing this workout but it was Jon Clark who was dishing it out! There are some modifications because I don't remember the exact set. 

 

Warm up: 2 rounds

5x100 on 15" rest

- #1: Kick/swim x50

- #2: overkick/swim x50

- #3: drill/swim x50

- #4: build

- #5: fast

(1000 warm up)

 

Main set: 

8x75 pull on 1:30 

- 1st 25: breath every 3rd stroke

- 2nd 25: breath every 5th stroke

- 3rd 25: fast

two rounds of the following: 

5x100 and then 5x50's

- #1: Cruise 

- #2: Build 

- #3-4: Fast match 

- #5: breath every 5th

Then repeat #1-5 as 50's

(2100 main set/3100 total) 

 

Warm down

100 easy

- Total 3200 (of which I did about 2k)
